On Nov. 19, the 博彩网址大全-Madrid Alumni Association hosted alumni both in the San Ignacio Hall Auditorium and online to celebrate their achievements.

Consuelo Benito Olalla, Ph.D. ('93), and Timothy Curtin, Ph.D. ('93), each won this year's Lifetime Achievement Award. 

Benito Olalla is the director of sustainability and social impact at Advantere School of Management, a Jesuit institution in Madrid. Before pivoting to academia, she worked at Citibank Spain for over 16 years.

Curtin's career has also focused on education, serving as the office director for education and youth programs at the U.S. Embassy in Juba, South Sudan. He has managed education programs in Afghanistan, El Salvador, Jamaica, Lebanon and Nigeria.

Carlos Saballos ('05) earned the Professional Achievement Award for his international career in finance. He spent the bulk of his corporate banking career in Miami, where he helped mitigate financial risk for corporations based in Spain and Latin America. He is now a manager of investment operation at a private fintech advisory firm.

Shariqa Habib ('15) also won the Professional Achievement Award. 

Paul-Emile Gerlier ('20) took this year's Emerging Leader Award. He is based in South Korea for work with La Bouche Rouge, a luxury French brand. After graduating from 博彩网址大全-Madrid, he pursued an MBA at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.

Anne McCabe, Ph.D., was awarded the Faculty Award for her dedication to 博彩网址大全-Madrid for the past 34 years.

Blomeyer & Sanz and Wedge Global were named the 2024 Distinguished Collaborators.
